The carding willow is a machine of most modern design as regards output simple servicing and works safety. Mixing Willow Machine is suitable for opening & mixing animal, vegetables and synthetic fibres i.e. Woollen, Acrylic, shoddy, Jute, Silk, Nylon clips, Hosiery, Polyester, viscous all kind of wastes, and other fibres prior to carding, garnetting or processing where a thorough blending or different fibers or colours are required.

OUTPUT : This depends on the width of the machine and the class of the material begin processed. for example 50" (1270mm) machine would process 200/300 kgms. per hour ofloss wool, shoddy etc. When hand fed machines feeding could be increased by 50% to 70% processed material is discharged at the rear of the machine.
