Machine is suitable to cut precisely 1/2" (12mm) to 4" (102mm) length of all types of synthetic tow or fibres, artificial fibre waste and particularly synthetical fibres waste. it is idealy suitable for cutting and type of syntheti and others tow to a suitable staple length fibres. In these days cotton, Textiles mills have started spinning yarn out of synthetics or woollen tops and have employed our machines to cut the longer fibres into required lengths so that the same can be processed on cotton cards.

Length of Cut :- capacity from 1/2" (12mm) to 4" (102mm) length adapable for adjustments. The cutter head revolves at 100RPM giving 200 cuts per minute from its two blades. The length can however, be altered within a range of from about 1/2" (12mm) to 4" (102mm) by changing the gears.
